MD Series "SnowDogg" Snowplow, Typical Applications Include 1/2-Ton and Light-Duty Trucks, And SUV's. These new MDII plows include Covered Power Unit, a floating A-Frame, QuickMount II, Moldboard, Trip Action, lift and angle cylinders to improve the overall performance of these plows. The new tubular steel floating A-frame features a sliding pin connection. This makes the plows less sensitive to mount height, and easy to align. The sliding pin connection lets the plow contour the road for a clean clear, and helps avoid uneven edge wear. The new design increases ground clearance 20% over previous models. One of the most useful benefits of the Gen II series plows are there is no need for a plow jack with the QuickMount II. The plow's integrated swing down feet are independently actuated and height adjustable, for easy mounting and dismounting even on rugged terrain. With this system just drive into position, push on SnowDogg light bar, attach the electrical and safety pins, and kick up the stands.

There is now a new upgraded LED headlight option for the MDII Series plows. The SnowDogg Illuminatior LED Headlights are brighter and longer lasting than traditional halogens. Active defrosting technology keeps the illunminators ice free even in the biting cold. A central heat source defrosts the entire lens evenly, preventing the streaking or baqnding thats common with other LED plow lights.
