Reelcraft 7000 Series Premium Duty Enclosed Hose Reel

Organize and protect the air hose in your shop or on your truck with the Reelcraft Series 7000 Enclosed Hose Reel. This new setup will shield your hoses from dirt, dust and debris without interfering with its operation. The power-coated finish means it will hold up to all conditions in demanding work environments.

Your hoses take enough abuse, especially when they’re laying on the ground. Think about all the times they get run over by carts, dollies and simple foot traffic, or when sparks from a grinding wheel or nearby welder land on them. Cover your exposed hoses and get them up and out of the way with this new wall-mountable option from Reelcraft.

These reels include three different options of PVC hose: 50 feet of 3/8", 50 feet of 1/2" or 70 feet of 3/8". Choose what works best for your application from the drop-down menu. These hoses are meant to deliver air and water only and can handle pressures up to 300 PSI and water temperatures up to 150°F. An inlet hose is plumbed into the base to eliminate the risk of stress on the swivel.

Built for robust work, the base plate, upright and guide arm are constructed from 11-ga. high-grade steel, while the spool and cover is made from 16-ga. steel. The guide arm adjusts to seven positions, and the entire assembly is engineered with structural forms and gussets to yield the greatest amount of strength.

Add this impressive setup to your shop, garage or service truck. The cover will protect your hose and internal reel components from foreign debris, and like all reels from Reelcraft, you can also improve your shop’s safety by eliminating unnecessary trip hazards on the floor. The steel cover can be removed from either side to allow access to the majority of serviceable parts.
