Bring pneumatic power to the jobsite with Air Delivery Kits from AW Direct. These truck-mounted kits include everything you need to get more done with air tools. Equipped with all of the essentials, they are perfect for roadside assistance, construction sites and municipal work zones.

Weighing just 35 pounds, the 12V portable air compressor generates 1.70 CFM at 90 PSI and takes only 90 seconds to fill the three-gallon tank to 120 PSI. The maximum load is 45 amps. Available in three styles, the durable Reelcraft hose reel keeps your 1/4" airline stored neatly off the floor and within easy reach.

Packaged with all of the necessary accessories, each kit ships to your door ready to get to work. A three-foot long, 3/8" feeder hose with fittings supplies air from the compressor to the reel, and rubber stops help cushion the compressor as you head down the road. A two-terminal bus bar makes for a solid electrical connection.

This Premium Kit offers a ReelCraft hose reel with a dual pedestal design which is great for installing on a vehicle or truck. This rugged pedestal's two mounting arms can withstand the shaking, moving and vibrations that occur when driving down the highway or off-road applications.

This air compressor, Viair 350C, operates using low amp draw so they reversatile for many mobile pneumatic applications. Features include a standard 1/4" NPT stainless steel braided leader hose with inline check valve and insulated wiring for simple installation. Note: Use thread sealant for proper installation. Thread tape is not recommended. Properly sealed, recommended torque is 12 to 15 ft. lbs.

The Oasis deluxe tank-mount package offers an air compressor system specially designed for air tools: includes a tank to maximize system efficiency for running air tools on an extended basis. For convenience, the system mounts a coupler to a panel or frame member with a bulkhead fitting. This air compressor system for air tools comes with many features, including our special Oasis tire gauge, an adjustable pressure switch, a safety valve, and much more.

The Pressure Protection Valve is required by the DOT as a safety precaution. Should a leak develop in the supply line that feeds the remote system, the PPV maintains pressure in the chassis air supply tank.

The Quick Exhaust Valve (QEV) is used on the Valve-Mate II air systems to help release the air actuator faster. This is most commonly used on the "in" function of a remote winch control so the winch stops instantly when the remote button is released.

This is a Mobile Control Systems Valve Operator Air Wavoil.

Portable compressors with automatic shutoff come into play when moving from tire to tire, and when checking tire pressure in the middle of a tire fill. A typical portable compressor must be turned off between tire fills, and anytime you want to check tire pressure. If you aren't near the compressor, this can turn into running laps back and forth to the portable compressor to turn the unit on and off. Automatic portables do not work in this fashion and will save you time & effort to get tires inflated quickly.
