This Goodall by Vanair 12 Volt, Heavy Duty Anti-Zap Surge Protector is used to protect a trucks electrical system while welding. There is an LED indicator located at both ends. The green LED indicates the correct connection and anti-zap surge protections, while the red LED indicates an incorrect connection and no anti-zap surge protection.

This unit has a range of 4.99-19.99 volts and can test 6 or 12 volt batteries. It has an automatic polarity protection to prevent crossing up and potentially destroying the electronic equipment.

The Associated 6043 inductive amp probe is capable of measurements up to 1000A. The large 2" jaw opening allows for easy use on the largest set of cables. Compatible with most Digital Multimeters, the unit comes with a 10 ft. coiled cord with standard banana plugs. The unit has two settings 200A and 1000A for improved accuracy and a zeroing button for use on DC circuits. LED's indicators include a power "ON" as well as a "LOW BATTERY". Unit is powered by a standard 9V battery for long life.
