Zip's Heavy Duty Axle Tie-down Kit

Keep your underlift tight to the front axle on any heavy-duty front tow with this Grade 70 chain kit from Zip's. This three-piece kit includes two (2) seven-foot lengths of 3/8" transport chain with pear links at one end. Also included is a Peerless Quick Binder with grab hooks to secure everything to the underreach.

This kit is specifically designed to work with Miller's updated dual-hole fork receiver set (Item #: 12-09020774). Once the underlift is in position under the steer axle, the chain from this kit is typically looped around the spring pack and then brought back through the pear link and chain hole on the fork holder

Each chain tail is then attached to each grab hook on the binder, ratcheted tight and secured for transport. Featuring a working load limit of 12,000 lbs., the binder offers a folding handle for low clearance issues and a vinyl-coated barrel for efficient binding. The leftover chain tail can be tucked out of the way on the grab hook welded to the fork holder.
