Description

Anchor shackles need to be reliable. That’s why the Crosby Anchor Shackle Bolt Style is designed to be extremely durable. Equipped with alloy bolts, it is forged, quenched and tempered. Plus, the sizes that are 3/8"" and below are mechanically galvanized, making it even more durable.

Not only is it durable, but it’s also reliable. With it fatigue rated 20,000 cycles at 1.5 times the working load limits, you can trust it to work under reasonable conditions. Plus, it either meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26.

Working Load Limit and Grade 6 permanently shown on every shackle.
Forged, quenched and tempered with alloy bolts.
Hot-dip galvanized (G) or self colored (S). 85, 120, and 150-metric ton shackles are all hot-dip galvanized bows and the bolts are Dimetcoted® and painted red.
Sizes 3/8 and below are mechanically galvanized.
Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit (1/3t - 55t).
Approved for use at -40° F (-40° C) to 400° F (204° C).
Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26.
Type Approval certification in accordance with ABS 2016 Steel Vessel Rules

Orders weighing under 150 lbs. ship via UPS Ground, while orders exceeding that weight may ship via motor freight. All orders must be inspected within 10 days of arrival.
