EZ Claw Flange Mount Line Saver Kit

Save your fleet time and money by purchasing an EZ Claw Flange Mount Kit. This kit includes everything you need to manage the air lines, electrical cords and hydraulic hoses from the back of your cab to the trailer you are pulling. Save over purchasing components separately and prevent downtime and the loss of revenue by adequately supporting your hoses..

Damaged and kinked lines can not only fail at an inopportune time, but they can also result in DOT violations and out-of-service tickets, keeping your drivers from making on-time deliveries for your customers. The Flange Mount Kit installs between 5' and 6' above the catwalk and keeps lines at least 6" off the frame and catwalk, preventing unnecessary chafing and eventual failure.

Each Flange Mount is laser-cut and robotically-welded for long-lasting durability and strength. Mounting hardware is included, and the zinc-plated and powder-coated finish resists rust and ensures longevity. Keeping hoses from rubbing on the back of the cab, the Versa Mount provides 11" of clearance off of the back of the cab and fits the following make and model of semi tractors:

* Freightliner Cascadia Sleeper Cab
* Freightliner Columbia Sleeper Cab
* Kenworth Day Cab or Sleeper Cab
* Peterbilt Day Cab or Sleeper Cab
* International Sleeper Cab

Each kit includes a retractable, weatherproof tensioner with stainless steel cable. Hoses not included. Choose from the following hose and cord setups. A 3-in-1 is a typical tractor-trailer set up with a service line, emergency line and power cord. A 4-in-1 takes into consideration a second power cord for liftgate operation. A 40-lb. tensioner is suitable for two 2" hydraulic lines

* Dual hydraulic with one (1) 40 lb. tensioner and two (2) slings
