These are 1 LED 3.5" Round Magnetic Emergency Warning Flasher Lights by Maxxima. They are Battery Operated. maxxima's waterproof magnetic emergency flasher is made specifically for stationary vehicles. They are for use in any applicable emergency, warning, and safety situation. Batteries are not included.

"LED" represent the cutting edge of lighting technology, LED lights operate on a totally different concept than traditional incandescent or bulb style lights. Instead of using a brittle metal filament that is susceptible to road shock and vibration. LEDs are solid-state devices utilizing an electronic chip that is encapsulated in an epoxy substrate.
