This is a Boom Extend Cylinder on Century Modular 411 and 412 wreckers. This cylinder will also fit the Vulcan Modular 880/890 light duty wreckers by Miller Industries. This extend cylinder has a 2.5" bore with a 60" stroke. This is the cylinder that extends the boom of your wrecker out and in.
