This is the Wheel Lift Extend Cylinder on the Vulcan 880 / 890 Series and the Modular 880 / 890 Series light duty wreckers by Miller Industries. This cylinder connects the inner and outer wheel lift boom weldments together. This cylinder is what extends the wheel lift stinger out and in.
