Pivot Pin Kit, Century Formula 6500 and Holmes DFT-650 wheel lifts mfg. after June of 2001. Includes (1) Pivot Pin, (1) Pivot Pin Bushing, (2) Thrust Washers, (2) Pivot Pin Retaining Bolts, (1) Grease Zerk.

Pivot pin is held in place with (2) hex head bolts on the bottom
Fits 12-0805857 crossbar
