SafeAll Fiber Core Winch Line with Self-Locking Swivel Hook

SafeAll’s Fiber Core Winch Line offers a flexible and lightweight option for light-duty tow operators, car haulers or weekend warriors who have found their way off the trail. The high-end construction of this wire rope features 6x19 strands of extra improved plowed steel wrapped around a fiber center. The flexibility of the synthetic core performs well with directional changes using snatch blocks or mechanical side pullers at the tail of a flat bed. The fiber center also excretes a special lubricant to reduce corrosion, friction and maintenance.

Preferred by light-duty operators, this wire rope is available in diameters ranging from 3/8" to 7/16” and lengths from 50 to 150 feet. At the end of the steel line is a forged alloy steel self-locking swivel hook connected to a flemished eye with steel thimble and ferrule. The conical shape of the sleeve conceals any exposed cable ends to prevent fraying and snagging. The flemished eye is created by mechanically splicing the rope's strands and securing them with a steel clamp.
