This Keyhole Plate from Miller Industries has a Double Banjo Eye that will provide an additional tie-down point. The keyhole plate can be bolted or welded into place. This plate is 5-7/8" x 7-1/2" x 3/8" thick steel that will accept up to 3/8" chain. This part can be used to replace Part Number 12-0720078. Bare Steel.

This keyhole plate can be bolted or welded into place. This plate is 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" x 5/16" thick steel that will accept 3/8" chain.
