Pivot Pin Kit, Century Formula 6500 and Holmes DFT-650 wheel lifts. Includes (1) 12-0802903 Pivot Pin, (1) 12-0306748 Pivot Pin Bushing, (2) 12-0710092 Thrust Washers, (2) 80013 Pivot Pin Retaining Bolts, (1) 83230 Grease Zerk.

Pivot pin is held in place with (2) allen bolts on the bottom
