This black painted steel L-Arm bracket from Miller Industries attaches to the
drivers side crossbar on Vulcan 860 and 870 light-duty wreckers. Also known as
a tire restraint or wheel retainer, a wheel scoop attaches to the wheel lift
with this part and is held in place with a lock pin. The pin is not included.
